wife and I enjoyed through the entire ordering and installation process of our patio cover was quite frankly unparallel. I spoke
with you directly on a Wednesday evening and by Friday afternoon, yes two days later, you personally arrived at my home with one of
your staff to begin the installation. It was completed the next morning and it looks just terrific. Everything you discussed
with me by telephone was as promised. You left my backyard area probably cleaner than it was when you arrived.
I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with contractors in the past that promised one thing and tried to deliver something else. I’ve had contractors who demanded money up front and promised work to begin on a certain day that left me frustrated with excuses why they couldn’t perform the work on the scheduled day.
Not only was your patio cover hundreds of dollars less than your competitors, you wanted no money up
front, just my word to pay you in full at the satisfactory completion of the job. Just unheard of these days!! It is obvious
that your business practice will continue to work for you given your respect for your customers’ needs and their busy schedules.

My Experience with PatioCrew.com was outstanding, When my husband and I started shopping for the best deal and high quality
I came across PatioCrew.com. I called Warren on a Saturday evening and he was quick to repond to all my questions and issues.
We ordered a kit to install ourselves and found it fairly easy. I wouldnt say easy for someone who doesnt know their way around
tools, but easy for someone with a little construction background.
