Duralum Products, Inc. warrants that the product installed and covered by this warranty was manufactured according to Duralum
specifications, using quality materials, and was quality controlled through every stage of manufacture.
Limited Warranty Coverage -
The product is free from defects in material and workmanship and the finish on the products will not chip, peel, flake, or blister
under conditions of ordinary wear for the lifetime of the product.
Coverage Exclusions - This warranty does not cover damage
of any kind resulting from faulty or improper installation, accidental damage, settling, structural shrinkage or other distortionof the property structure, acts of God, harmful chemicals (including harmful cleaning compounds), fumes or vapors, surface deteriorationdue to air pollution, normal weathering, mildew accumulation, impact of foreign objects, or the failure of the owner to provide reasonablemaintenance of the product per the instructions on the reverse side.
Normal Weathering - Defined as the damaging effects of sunlight
and the extremes of weather and atmosphere that may cause any colored surface to chalk, fade or become soiled or stained. The degree
to which normal weathering occurs depends on air quality, location and other local conditions. This warranty does not cover fading
or chalking of any painted finish due to normal weathering. Also, this warranty does not apply if the product has been painted or
the surface has be altered.
Warranty Registration - This warranty must be completed and signed by both the Duralum dealer and
the original property owner within 30 days of completion of installation. Mail warranty to Duralum Products, Inc., 8269 Alpine Ave.,
Sacramento, CA 95826-9962.
Transferability - This written warranty is not transferable from the original home owner and is not
applicable to products installed beyond design limits set by the manufacturer.
Claims Procedure - Any claim for defective material
shall be sent to Duralum Products, Inc., 8269 Alpine Ave., Sacramento, CA 95826-9962, within 30 days of first discovering the claimeddefect. The claim shall describe the defect, indicate the discovery date, and name of the contractor who installed the product. Duralum
shall then be given reasonable time to inspect said defect. If after inspection, it is determined that said defect is covered by this
warranty, then Duralum shall have one hundred twenty days in which to correct said defect, by either refinishing or replacing thedefective material on the following basis: If the claim is dated during the first ten years following installation, Duralum will pay
100% of the cost of material. Each succeeding year thereafter Duralum's payment of cost will decrease by 2% until the warranty has
expired. Duralum reserves the right to discontinue or change the design or color of any of its products. If for any reason the original
product is not available, Duralum shall have the right to substitute another product of comparable quality.
